Microsoft has finally announced their own tablet made and named Surface. In appearance, this tablet has a thickness of only 9.3 mm.
Quoted from Ubergizmo on Tuesday (19/6), not only the thin design, Surface also has a USB 2.0 port. Casing was wrapped in a high-quality magnesium material weighing about 576 grams.
As a leading software manufacturer of tablets made, of course, Surface will have access to Windows applications, including the Xbox.
Screen size of 10.6 inches which is used with Corning Gorilla Glass protection. Microsoft says that the tablet has a high resolution display.
"The combination of hardware and software will bring tremendous experience," said the CEO, Steve Ballmer.
Microsoft claims that the tablet is intended for those whose needs are not met by existing tablet products, such as Apple, Samsung, Amazon, and others.
Is unclear when Microsoft will throw it into the tablet market. But according to the report, there will be two types are offered, namely that use Windows Surface and Surface Pro RT is equipped with Windows 8.
