Sony Announces Xperia Go, waterproof Android Smartphone
Sony re-enrich its product line in the Xperia series. This time, Japanese manufacturers announced new smartphone that is claimed waterproof and dust to IP67 certification.
Products named Xperia Go uses a 3.5 inch screen Mobile Bravia Engine with 480x320 resolution. The screen is scratch resistant and capable of recognizing the user's hand touches even in wet conditions.
In addition, Sony has buried a 1GHz dual-core processors to support the performance of the Android 2.3 operating system with the possibility of updates to Gingerbread Ice Cream Sandwich 4.0.
Quoted from Engadget, Wednesday (30/5), Xperia Go offers easy connectivity to enjoy the content on TV, laptop, or tablet. Smartphone also been equipped with features Unlimited Music Unlimited and Video of the Sony Entertainment Network. Talk photography, users simply spoiled with a 5MP camera with fast capture function.
Go Xperia scheduled to be released in 3rd quarter of 2012 with a choice of black, white, and yellow. There is no clarity about what the price will be priced for this smartphone.
